Escape from the Cloudy-Eyed Apocalypse
Had a bad feeling all day. On way home from work (at a job I don’t work at in real life) I see peoples entire eyes turning cloudy mould coloured. I stop at a shopping centre with my friend and a man tries to kill people in the shop. We get away in an uber, and there’s suddenly people running towards us with these weird eyes. Driver escapes, gets me home where I fill in my family. They already know. We aren’t panicked until one of the zombie things gets in and tries to kill us. We stun it, and another one in worse condition appears. Almost rabid and green. The one we stunned killed the rabid one, and then itself. We forget about it, and all go to sleep sharing a room. We wake up to our house in a jungle surrounded by extinct birds and animals. Half my family is gone. We start to leave when one of the animals tries to catch us. We push is off a cliff and run. This starts a stampede.
